The Perfect Jewelry Box For Every Occasion

Jewelry boxes are the perfect gift for many occasions throughout the year. Aside from the traditional gifting holidays like Christmas and Valentine’s Day, they’re also a great way to say you care on Mother’s Day, Easter, and other special occasions.

Perfect for Christmas

Whether you need to buy a gift for a mother, sister, wife, girlfriend, daughter, niece, or female friend, a nice jewelry box is always the right choice. Ornate wooden jewelry boxes add visual interest to nearly any decor, so you won’t go wrong choosing one of these. If you know how she prefers to decorate her home, you could also opt for a fabric box in her favorite color.

Easter Baskets

This year, the Easter Bunny can leave your daughter something special by the door. Rather than a basket, fill a large ballerina jewelry box with chocolate treats. For younger girls, tuck a small ballerina box inside her basket.

Graduation

If someone you love is about to graduate, she may be planning for her new adult life and new adult décor. A decorative jewelry box is a great way to help a recent grad transition to the career world.

Mothers Love Jewelry Boxes

Mother’s Day is a challenge for most sons and husbands. Rather than buying her another bottle of perfume, order a stunning jewelry box to replace the worn out one she’s had for years. It will show how observant you are.

Baptismal Jewelry Case

Most female infants receive small gold crosses and other jewelry at their baptisms or other religious transitions. Unfortunately, these gorgeous gifts often get lost. Consider giving the mother a white fabric jewelry box to store these treasures until her child can appreciate them.

Weddings

Brides also often receive jewelry on their wedding days. Help her keep these “something old” treasures in heirloom condition with a small box that can be tucked away in a safe place.

The Birthday

Of course, jewelry boxes are always good for birthdays. If she loves jewelry, she’ll love a nice box to store it all. If she already has a box, see if it’s overstuffed. A second box, or a larger box, might be just what she needs to sort her jewelry out again.

Father’s Day Boxes

A jewelry box for Father’s Day? Yes. Men’s jewelry boxes are also called valet boxes. Fathers love them because they’re a convenient place to store keys, wallets, cell phones, PDAs, and other electronics that they tote around with them. Some even come with spaces for the chargers.

Before and After the Big New Year’s Bang

Want more of those beautiful jewelry on television? Coupons are out for the biggest discounts ever. You have that chance to get that smashing item to complete your new look in the coming year. Deck yourself out with rubies, emeralds, or sapphires and get their admiring glances. You’ve got it coming – the best of the year and next.

If you’ve been enjoying your jewelry and loading your vault with the latest fashion from Jewelry Television, coupons and coupon codes are among your precious hoard. Understandable. Not every ordinary Jane can adorn herself with stunning jewelry without cleaning out her credit cards. But coupons can do the trick.

Make a fashion statement at the start of the year and be every girl’s envy with your dramatic jewelry pieces – every day. Your self-confidence will shoot up from ground zero and life will be colorful. As the French say it, “Carpe diem!”

Some Girls Have All The Fun, Why Not You?

All work and no fun make Jane a dull girl. You know that being shy does not help. You can’t spend all your weekend hunting up Jewelry Television coupons for items under $50 or those in the $50-$500 bracket, and filling up your jewelry box to the brim without even wearing them. Now is the time to shine.

You can mix and match your jewelry to suit your outfit and the occasion. You won’t be wearing ornate pieces to the simple barbecue your mom’s been reminding you of. Jewelry has to be worn with the right fashion sense. Just because you have a big cordite ring, you dont want to wear it to the barbecue. Better play it cool.

With another exciting year ahead, get out of the backyard barbecue party mold. Try new exciting to-dos with friends and show off your jewelry – your sterling silver and tanzanite ring and earrings, amethyst and topaz sets, or your color gemstone jewelry which you bought with Jewelry Television coupons.

Want to add more spice to your life? Here’s how:

1. Organize a street party in your neighborhood. You’ll be making new friends too along the way.

2. Wear bold colors for those cold nights out with your girlfriends. If you’ve been shy about wearing purple or red, wear them now with matching jewelry. Be prepared for the gasps of delight and admiration.

3. Call up friends and invite them over to a “rock concert” at your house. Decorate the room with pictures of famous rock bands, guitars, and banners. Have colored electric lights strung around the place and pester your younger brother to DJ for the night.

4. Visit friends on weekends and bring along some chews while chatting about the latest news in town, and in the evening, troop to the nearest wine bar to see and be seen. Bring your digital cameras and shoot.

Life is short. Seize it to give your existence more meaning. Jewelery television coupons will start rocking your life to the beat.

Sterling Silver Earrings

April 24th, 2010

I lost my one of my treasured sterling silver earrings. I remember when I was younger I used to see women get hysterical over losing a piece of jewelry and I would think, dang, just go to the store and get another one.

Or, if it was expensive, just save up and get another one, or ask for it again on your birthday or holiday and if it was really expensive you could always file an insurance claim. I obviously did not understand the concept of what a true treasure was until I was older and lost one of my own treasured sterling silver earrings.

So, how did I learn this painful lesson? Well, the sterling silver earrings were a gift my mother gave me. My mother died a few years ago and her death changed me forever. It changed everything. Every memory, from a simple walk around the block to extravagant events we shared became the only thing I had left, those memories and the things she had given or were given to her.

Needless to say, those sterling silver earrings were pretty darn special. They were not the fanciest or the most expensive I had ever had, I don’t even remember where she bought them, but the mere fact they came from her, made them the best I could ever have.

When I lost them, I was in the ocean with my nephew and her grandson, and suddenly, I realized I had them on, and I thought, oh my gosh, I need to go up to the beach and take them off. I rarely, if ever, took them off.

But, as I was swimming towards the shore, out of nowhere, a tide came and took me down. That was the most powerful wall of water I had ever seen. It actually picked me up and threw me beneath the water to the sand below.

I love the water, and I had never feared drowning in my life, however, in that instant, I did, for the first time, think I might drown. I soon, came up for air though, with my nephew swimming to my side asking, “What happened”?

It had all happened so fast, and as I told him about being on my way to shore, I was reminded of why I was going back up to the beach. I reached for my earrings only to find one of them was gone. Somewhere in the Pacific Ocean was my sterling silver earring. We both looked and looked for it, knowing that we wouldn’t find it, but trying anyway.

The powerful wave’s taking the treasured earring was very symbolic of the powerful cycle of life that pulled my mother from me. So, next time you see someone hysterical over a pair of lost sterling silver earrings, maybe you can understand that it isn’t something you can simply go replace at the store.
